Good evening Michael and Connie,
I asked Alex how to contact you and wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with my new Easy Track closet. I am even more pleased with Alex.
This fine young man came in to my home and showed me the custom closet and the Easy Track system. I opted for the less expensive system and decided to try to put it in myself. I'm not handy with tools and I'm a bit on the disabled side. I recruited a couple of friends to help me.
We put the system in Friday with the best project manager we could have possibly have had....ALEX !! What an awesome guy!! I called him with a question and he answered it while assuring me it was fine to call him back. Later, when I did call him back , he said he was going to be getting on a plane but would call me back before the plane took off.....and he did!! He also called me when he landed to make sure we were doing fine with the installation. It took us from noon Friday until 11PM...three of us installing while we managed four boys (7, 5,5 and 4) and a two month old. We had some help from two teenagers with watching the kids and of course we took time out for meals!!!
What an experience!! We were so proud of ourselves!!! And, immensely pleased to have Alex on our team!!!
